Our recreational league offers children an opportunity to develop fundamental basketball skills, sportsmanship, and team work in a fun and safe environment. All children are guaranteed 7 regular season games, 1 hour of practice per week and an end of the season tournament. The league fee pays for team jersey, shorts, shooting shirt, and awards. All games are played 7U on Wednesday, 9U on Thursday and 11U on Friday and officiated by a qualified official. The age groups are based on what grade the participants are going into, 7U going into the 1st and 2nd grade, 9U going into the 3rd and 4th grade, 11U going into 5th and 6th grade. Under 7s Practices- 1 hour Mondays & Games on Wednesdays (5:00pm, 6:00pm, or 7:00pm); Assessment June 4th.
Under 9s Practices- 1 hour Tuesdays & Games on Thursdays (5:00pm, 6:00pm, or 7:00pm); Assessment June 3rd.
Under 11s Practice- 1 hour Wednesdays & Games on Friday (5:00pm or 6:30pm); Assessment June 6th.
Practice times depend on coach's availability. Maximum of 3 friends or family members per team (Your child is 1 out of the 3). Enrollment is limited; first come, first served.
