Fast Fitness with Beth Nelson
This class is designed to increase flexibility, balance, coordination, muscular strength and cardiovascular endurance. The workout combines some weight lifting, flexibility and resistance with plenty of friendly fun.
Morning Classes
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday Thursday, & Friday Classes: 6:00A.M. To 6:45A.M.
Important notes: you must provide water and bring your own towel if needed. There will be restrooms available. The City of Clovis is following the most recent mandated requirements from California Department of Public Health. We ask that students wear a mask when you enter and exit the building. Students are not required to wear a mask in class. We are working hard to make sure we provide a safe and comfortable environment for everyone attending classes.
Each class is $2.00 and students must register prior to class and using this on-line system. Class registration closes at 5:00PM the day before the event. All classes will meet inside the Clovis Recreation Center (3495 Clovis Ave) until further notice.
